Glovo is a global on-demand delivery and logistics platform connecting users with restaurants, grocery stores, retailers and couriers. The Head of Growth & Marketing will lead the execution of growth, marketing and engagement initiatives in Nigeria, developing profitable strategies to position and expand the Glovo brand locally.

βš™οΈ Key Responsibilities

Lead local growth strategy, adapting global plans to the Nigerian market.

Manage marketing execution both online and offline to meet growth KPIs.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and external partners.

8+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing or related senior leadership roles.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership experience.
